Speaker/Panelist submission form
Thank you so much for your interest in speaking at this Down syndrome conference at Stanford.Other submission guidelines include: all fields below must be completed, individuals can submit multiple submissions but each must be submitted separately, the lead speaker should complete the submission should there be 2+ speakers. Submissions will be reviewed by organizing subcommittees involved in planning that specific session.
Please note: Speakers will not be paid a speaker fee or reimbursed for travel expenses.Completed submissions are not guaranteed the opportunity to speak. Submissions will be reviewed by organizing subcommittees overseeing that specific panel topic. Stanford University reserves the right to review/approve all speakers and proposed presentations.
